Description de l'oeuvre

Federico Uribe is a Miami-based artist born in Bogotá, Colombia. His work is playful, awe-inspiring, and defies categorization. Originally a painter, he transitioned to sculpture over two decades ago, mastering the medium by reimagining everyday objects beyond their practical use—focusing instead on their texture, form, and color.

This unique piece is crafted from golf balls for the body, tags for the head, and sneakers for the ears and was inspired by a collector whose father - a former golfer - had amassed them for decades. Entrusted to Uribe with no constraints, he transformed them into a striking work of art.

Supported by a wooden skeleton, it is suitable for both interior and outdoor spaces, though it should be protected from rain. This extraordinary work is ideal for a golf aficionado or a golf club.

NOTE: For shipping a crate needs to be built.
