  * Willem or Wilhemus Raaphorst was a painter and also a picture framer.
  * Signed at lower left "W Raaphorst" in black.

  * Appears to be a family gathering hay in the field.
  * Great heavy antique frame opening is 24 1/4" x 35 1/4".
  * Frame alone weighs over 10 lbs.
  * Frame overall is 29 3/4" x 40 3/4".
  * A somewhat convex shape to the artist's board otherwise appears in excellent condition..
