ABOUTAndre-Vincent BecquerelAndre-Vincent Becquerel(French, 1893 ~ 1981) Born at St. Andre-Farivilliers, he studied under Hector Lemaire and Prosper Lecourtier. He specialised in animal sculpture, showing a marked preference for predator, feline and ornithological subjects, which he exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Francais from 1914 to 1922 and where he became a lifetime member.
