Je suis avant tout une coloriste. Mes formes naissent de la couleur. Pas de point, pas de trait sans couleur. Peu à peu l'espace se remplit de couleurs qui s'épousent ou s'opposent, s'agencent, se combinent, trouvent des compromis, construisent une structure, un désordre créatif d'où naît un rythme. Cela commence à vivre. Un équilibre souvent acrobatique maintient la cohérence, mais préserve le mystère.

J'aime combiner des formes organiques et des formes minérales, les aplats de couleurs et les fusions translucides.

L'abstraction offre un infini champ de possibles. Se confronter au risque de l'imprévu permet une jubilation particulière. Parfois quand il est temps de poser le pinceau, l'œuvre est là qui me regarde et s'impose, mais parfois soudain elle s'effondre et il faut retourner dans le chaos des limbes.

I'm first and foremost a colourist. My shapes are born of colour. No point, no line without colour. 

Little by little, the space is filled with colours that blend or clash, combine, find compromises, build a structure, a creative disorder from which a rhythm is born.

It begins to live. An often acrobatic balance maintains coherence, but preserves the mystery.

I like to combine organic and mineral forms, solid colours and translucent fusions.

Abstraction offers an infinite range of possibilities. Confronting the risk of the unexpected gives me a particular jubilation. 

Sometimes, when it's time to put down the brush, the work is there, staring at me and imposing itself, but sometimes it suddenly collapses and I have to return to the chaos of the limbo.

When I look at Ywave, Yktar or Yolokis, I suddenly realise how much I owe to Malevitch and Kandinsky.
