Wonderful large-sized artwork by Mimmo Paladino made with various engraving techniques: materic screen printing with quartz powder, etching and aquatint on collage, applications in pure gold, screen printing on charcoal made on premium Sicars paper of 800 grams on Japon paper.
Mimmo Paladino made in 2003 some serigraphs with the illustrations of "De Universo", a set of books written by the Benedictine monk Rabanus Maurus (Mainz 780-856), great theologian and Prince of the Church.
This artwork comes from a limited edition of 25 (Arabic numbers) + XXV (Roman numbers) + 25 alphabetic letters + 5 PA + 5 HC; the specimen we propose is a PA (artist proof).
