Carlo VANCHIERI - Penta-Sfumature 1

This artwork's main element is the pentagon: composition is extending like a continuous
drawing, made through a tiny paintbrush.
Technique is oil on canvas: starting from a light-azure background, the pentagonal
elements are moving softly, enclosed into circular shapes that automatically return
some oval figures, just like petals, all along the perimeter contours.
The chromatic contrast given by the azure background and the element's various pink
tones (becoming orange just in two different sides), makes a shade effect, ultimately
giving depth to the whole composition.
