Residues of biomorphic shapes, capillary ramifications, material incrustations, curious artefacts of urban archaeology: Marco Angelini's kaleidoscopic imagery feeds on casual discoveries and unexpected associations, in order to offer a constantly changing vision of nature.

This change is already taking place under the watchful eye of the spectator. The incessant flow of time is becoming ever more pressing. Precious moments corrode, depositing traces that have already become fossils embedded in the canvas: evidences of animal life and visible signs of anthropization lie under the transparent patina of an age that doesn’t exist anymore. The future is already past. Nature is threatened, perhaps even violated ... or perhaps it has only fallen asleep, just before its own regeneration.

The Golden Hour announces darkness, but it fills the surrounding space with its shining beauty. Time is precious, time is running out, but Art can still save it.
