"La Punta de la Farola, Alicante" was drawn in 1984 by the painter Benimeli. For me this image is unforgettable because it represents the departure from the Port of Alicante on the sailboat that my father and husband of the painter Benimeli had. As always, with his sheets and markers he was able to capture the moment, providing the work with all the perspective and elements of vision with perfect depth. The fishing rod shows us that the direction of the sailboat was leaving the Port and I think that she had the rest of the day to paint such a beautiful drawing.
