Wei Lu'an, born in 1959 in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, is an esteemed artist. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Nanjing Academy of Arts in 1984, specializing in oil painting. Presently, he serves as a faculty member in the oil painting department at the Academy of Fine Arts. Additionally, Wei Lu'an is a member of the National Art Association and holds the position of director at the Jiangsu Oil Painting Society.
