Criado is a painter who has generated his own language,  His professional activity has been developed by holding both national and international exhibitions in institutions and art galleries. He is a cultural promoter who has contributed to revitalizing the city of Burgos and positioning it in Spanish contemporary art.

Director of the CAB, he was the main architect in the start-up of the museum. He not only directed the museum, but also organized the program with exhibitions by renowned artists.

As a constructivist he appears on the online platform Geoform specialized in collecting international artists working in the field of form in contemporary art.

Participate in international contemporary art fairs such as the Spanish ARCO fair in multiple editions, ArteSantander, Art Colonia in Germany, etc.

His work appears in the publication "100 Spanish artists" of EXIT Publications, and in the Documentary Archive of Artists of Castilla y León (ADACYL) of the MUSAC in León.
