Ding Sizhong, born in Suzhou, Anhui in 1963. Graduated from Anhui Art School, majoring in fine arts. Member of China Artists Association, national first-class artist . Director of China Artists Association. Member of the Thirteenth Anhui Provincial CPPCC. In 2012, he was awarded the title of "The Fourth National Young and Middle-aged Literary and Art Workers with Virtue and Art".
