Carl Prévot is a Belgian painter born in 1933 in Charleroi. He is a painter and watercolourist. As an autodidact, he received advice from Jean Ransy. Initially leaned to surrealism, influenced by his teacher, but gradually evolved into a refined fine painter of flowers, still lifes and landscapes, often painted with miniaturistic zeal.
