Lazar GHELMAN (1887-1975) Signed on bottom left « L.Ghelman » & dated (19) « 05 ». Provenance : Private Bordeaux collection. A youth work  during his time in Charlottenburg at the Arts Academy in Berlin in 1905
 & 1906. The signature can be compared with a 1909 self portrait in Paris. His son René Ghelman in the biography does not use Gheorghe Leizer or Ghelman Lazar but Lazar Ghelman as in our signature.
