Hendrik (Henk) Meijer (also called Henk Meyer) (Groningen, December 22, 1884 - Wassenaar, February 22, 1970) was a Dutch visual artist, illustrator and drawing teacher.

He was educated at the Minerva Academy in Groningen and at the national academy of fine arts in Amsterdam, where he was taught by Antoon Derkinderen and where he also became a teacher himself later. He was a member of artists association Sint Lucas which originated from the national academy and took part in the exhibition in the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam in 1914.

A well-known work by Meijer is a painted portrait of Bon Ingen-Housz that he made in 1923 and that now hangs in the Breda's Museum.

From 1921 to 1950, Henk Meijer was an art teacher at the academy of fine arts in The Hague.
