A very rare original pen and ink drawing by the Texas born artist and magazine illustrator Irma Deremeaux ( b. 1882 - d. 1967) the drawing is unframed , matted and wrapped in clear plastic sleeve. Ms. Deremeaux was a well respected and highly published magazine and book illustrator for the Saturday Evening Post, Red Book, and many other publications. She is best remembered for her famous "Votes for Women" illustration published in "The Delineator" in 1911.
