The first part of C.A.R., the Media Art Fair & Photo Special, May 12-14, 2017, takes place in the breathtaking spaces offered by the World Cultural Heritage Site Zollverein. Within the unique and impressive atmosphere of the exceptional architecture of the mixing plant innovative exhibitors present at the Media Art Fair video and media art, installations, performances, environmental sculptures, multimedia projects but also photography as one main theme within the Media Art Fair.
The Media Art Fair is Germany’s first art fair for these kinds of art and describes itself as a platform and moreover, as a staged exhibition for exceptional and new kind of arts as well as an innovative marketing tool and sales fair. It is possible to present e.g. video works or installations by an exeptional atmosphere and architecture. The interaction between photography and the architecture is uniquely.
