Comments: Engraver of a set of plates illustrating a book of poems published in Philadelphia in 1810. This was likely Henry Charles, copperplate printer in Philadelphia from 1809 to 1824. He may have been a brother of the caricaturist, William Charles (see entry), who had a cartoon was published in 1806 by W. & H. Charles.
